Refund Policy Terms and Conditions

 Welcome to our (Choodiyan’s) website. The following Return Policy is made available to you (“You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website) to help you understand our (“our” and “we” refers to Choodiyan) Policy regarding Refunds/Exchange. Please check this policy periodically for changes. Your continued use of this website will mean you accept those changes. By purchasing merchandise from our site or purchasing through our Instagram/Facebook page, you agree to this return policy and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgment, or legal actions.

 All sales are final and there is no refund for any purchase made with us. 

 If you wish to refund or exchange your purchase because you no longer want/need it, we will not be able to offer you a refund, exchange or store credit. 

 If you received your order in the mail and fail to pay duties and taxes on it and the courier company mails it back to us, you are not eligible for any refunds or credits. 

 If you entered the wrong address at checkout and did not let us know directly, we are not responsible for sending it to the false shipping address you provided and will not compensate you the value of the product and the shipping fees. 

 In special circumstances and to guarantee customer satisfaction, we will offer exchanges or store credits only in the following certain circumstances:

  

YOUR PRODUCT ARRIVED DAMAGED  

 In the case that your purchased items arrived to you in damaged condition, we offer certain solutions depending on the condition of the products. Please note that you need to send us a photograph proof via email within 24 hours of the product being delivered. If you send us a photograph after 24 hours we will not be held liable and will not issue a refund/exchange the purchased product. Photographs must be submitted via email listed below.  

In the instances your jewelry arrives with a piece or pieces missing link stones, link, jump rings and missing pieces are in the package, means that the shipping carrier did not handle the packaging with care. In this scenario the shipping carrier company is liable however we will do everything in our power to help you, if the missing piece is still in the package we will send you instructions on how to repair it, this will be the quickest solution as it avoids you shipping the product back to us and requesting a replacement. If the product arrived damaged to you in the mail and it was an error on our (Choodiyan) part (and not that of the shipping carrier’s), we will either reimburse you or ship you a replacement order. These resolutions may differ for local purchases.  

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect product upon arrival, please notify us immediately for assistance. Defects or any other discrepancies should be reported to us no later than 24 hours upon receipt of item(s). If notification is not received within this period, we shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of such claim. Photographs must be submitted via email listed below.  

If we sent you an incorrect item, we will send you the correct product (with no new shipping charges billed to you). Depending on the circumstances and what you had purchased, we will email you a label to ship the wrong product back to us. Replacement item will be shipped once the incorrect product has been shipped  

YOU WERE GIFTED SOMETHING AND WANT TO RETURN IT.

 We do not issue refunds or exchange in cases of gift-giving. 

INCORRECT BANGLE SIZE

We understand that sizing bangles virtually without physically trying is difficult and there is room for error when creating a custom bangle sets. In the case the bangle set or Chooda set we customized for you after you have provided your size does not fit you we will happily exchange the set for you. When changing size there might be instances where we do not have the exact same color or style available in different size, so we will work with you to create an alternative set. Price difference will be covered by you. In this case only we will cover the shipping charges and email you a label to ship the product back to us. 

In the case where you provided us Bangles or Chooda size for custom sets, or purchased our bangles directly from our website and it does not fit you, that is no error of ours. For this scenario you will be responsible for the shipping charges for the exchange. You are responsible for covering the shipping charges including you shipping the product back to us and original shipping charges will be deducted from exchange amount for items that were shipped via free shipping. We do not offer free shipping on exchanges or store credit.
